With the expansion of digital marketing, virtual streamers have come into the spotlight as new tools for enhancing customer loyalty. This study aimed to explore the role of virtual streamers in customer loyalty in the context of digital marketing, as this technology has great potential to improve brand-customer relationships by creating emotional and personalized interactions. The study used a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and content analysis, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 16 experts (university professors, artificial intelligence engineers, and digital marketing consultants) and active users of streaming platforms. Snowball sampling was performed until theoretical saturation was reached. The findings showed that virtual streamers play a key role in customer loyalty through seven overarching themes including digital emotional interactions, innovative avatar design, interactive storytelling, intelligent customer behavior analysis, technological trust building, cultural and social personalization, and smart loyalty programs. These tools enhance customer engagement, trust, and satisfaction by simulating human behaviors such as smiling and empathetic responses, providing culturally and linguistically appropriate content, and analyzing behavioral data in real-time. The results emphasize that brands must focus on cultural adaptation, privacy, and continuous technology updates to effectively leverage this technology. This research provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the multifaceted impacts of virtual streamers and demonstrates that their strategic use can build lasting and profitable relationships with customers. Future research could focus on the impact of these tools in specific markets or cultural groups to provide more precise solutions.
