In recent decades, problems with the world's ecosystem have increased to an extent that any of them can lead to an environmental disaster Today, global pressures have forced organizations to produce environmentally friendly products and services. Therefore, paying attention to the environment and eliminating the factors that cause environmental pollution has been the focus of many societies. In this regard, the current research has been conducted with the aim of evaluating the relationship between green transformational leadership and green creativity through mediating variables of green intrinsic motivation and the interaction of the creative process. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. In this research, a standard questionnaire was used to collect data.Green intrinsic motivation and the interaction of the creative process have had a positive and significant effect on the green creativity of employees. Also, the results show that green transformational leadership is indirectly effective on the green creativity of employees through the mediators of green internal motivation and the interaction of the creative process. Green innovation strategy moderates the relationship between green transformational leadership and creative process interaction in Isfahan municipalities. However, the moderation of green extrinsic motivation on the relationship between green intrinsic motivation and green creativity of employees was not confirmed.
