Abstract
The EPC is a contract whereby the employer will assign all the affairs of a project such as design, engineering, materials, and equipment, design management, obtaining the necessary permits to the contractor. This category of contracts has been used in the construction of hospital, medical and treatment facilities in recent years.The occurrence of epidemic diseases such as covid-19 firstly it causes the suspension of the obligations of the parties and in some cases creates the right to terminate the agreements for each of the parties, in some cases, provides the right to terminate the termination for each party, and whenever the incident is permanent The contract may be terminated.
