Identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting the sustainability of jobs created by entrepreneurs in Omid Entrepreneurship Fund of Guilan Province with emphasis on the role of insurance

Abstract
Undoubtedly, the biggest concern of authorities and decision-makers in any country is macro-economic situation of the country.. Micro-businesses are a way to create an important factor for employment and entrepreneurship. In developing countries, micro firms to employment generation and income distribution play a considerable role. They also play an important role in creating more job opportunities for the population and have a high proportion of employment in their hands. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors affecting the sustainability of jobs created by the karafarini omid cash of gilan and the role of insurance in the stability of the business is generated by the karafarini omid cash of gilan. The research statistical society is consist of 35 experts and top entrepreneurs omid entrepreneurial fund Gilan Province. Due to the exploratory study and based on the nature and purpose, is a descriptive of the survey research. In this study to identify the most important criteria is used Research literature. to determine the priority of this study is used Multi-criteria decision-making models & fuzzy hierarchical analysis model .To analyze the obtained data is used Basic code in Microsoft Excel. The results show that internal factors than external factors have more priority on the stability of their jobs. Also The job experience, Raw material, the age of the entrepreneur, skill of human resources, business registration status, market, insurance, banking facilities, low productivity, management skills and Related Education are the ten constant priority for jobs.
