Investigating The Impact Of Market Orientation And Entrepreneurship Trend On Export Performance Case Study: Small And Medium Companies Active In The Field Of International Exports

Abstract
The main purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the impact of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on export performance (Case study: small and medium companies active in the field of export. In this study, using written sources and expert opinions and also reviewing the research background). The articles of reputable journals, the conceptual model of research were extracted and the independent variable (tendency to entrepreneurship and market orientation) and the dependent variable (export performance) were included in the conceptual model of the research and then their standard questionnaires were prepared with the guidance of the supervisor. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to determine the validity of face and structural validity and to assess the reliability of the questionnaires. Sampling method in the present study is stratified random method, so the sample size was determined between five to fifteen times the number of questionnaire questions and between 138 senior managers and experts of the business unit and experts of the research and development unit of ten small and medium Iranian companies The field of export was distributed. After completion and collection, the required data were collected and used using descriptive statistics techniques and SPSS22 software and inferential statistics techniques with the help of AMOS statistical software using structural equation modeling. Findings indicate that all research hypotheses in which the significant effect between the dimensions of the independent variable and the dependent variable were examined were evaluated and all research hypotheses were confirmed.
