Investigating the effect of managers' supportive behavior on participatory decision making with the role of mediation of work conscience in sports organizations

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of managers' support on participatory decision making regarding the mediating role of work conscience in sport organizations.The present study was conducted using descriptive and correlational studies.The statistical population consisted of Physical Education Faculties of Allameh Tabatabai University, Tarbiat Modarres University and University of Tehran which were considered as the whole population and after distribution of the questionnaire, 86 correct questionnaires were collected.This information was obtained through three standard questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaires 97, 94 and 93, respectively.Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses.Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using Amos and Spss software.The results showed that there is a direct relationship between supportive behavior of managers and participatory decision making.The results also showed that there is a direct relationship between manager's supportive behavior and work conscience; finally, the results of the research confirmed the direct impact of work conscientiousness variable on participatory decision variable.
