In this study, the statistical population consisted of all Iranian premier league including club board members, players, experts and coaches which were 560 people of 16 Iranian premier league teams and 240 people were selected as samples and 15 out of each team were considered. For Data collection we use a researcher-made questionnaire, which was designed by COARSE method. After filling out the questionnaire by samples and Based on the results of this study, the extracted indicators in this study included transparency and accountability, law-abiding, accountability, value promotion, ethical and cultural standards, supervision and control, organizational effectiveness and anti-corruption. The results of this study were analyzed using structural equation model and the results showed that transparency and accountability, law-abiding, accountability, value promotion, ethical and cultural standards, supervision and control, organizational effectiveness and anti-corruption were predicted 69%, 63%, 63%, 67%, 58%, 67%, 59% and 67% of governance variances, respectively. These results show that transparency and accountability, law-abiding, accountability, value promotion, ethical and cultural standards, supervision and control, organizational effectiveness and anti-corruption all have a significant impact on governance in The Iranian Football League.<br /><br />Keywords: Governance, Premier League, Law-abiding, Accountability این مطالعه با هدف طراحی مدل جامع حکمرانی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران انجام شد. در این مطالعه، جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضاء هیئت مدیره باشگاه، بازیکنان، کارشناسان و مربیان بود که برای 16 تیم 560 نفر بود که 240 نفر بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و از هر تیم 15 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. افراد به تصادف انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که به روش کورس طراحی شد. براساس نتایج این مطالعه، شاخص‌های استخراج شده در این مطالعه شامل شفافیت و پاسخگویی، قانون مداری، مسئولیت پذیری، ارتقای ارزش‌ها، موازین اخلاقی و فرهنگی، نظارت و کنترل، اثر بخشی سازمانی و مبارزه با فساد بودند. نتایج این مطالعه با کمک مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند و نتایج نشان داد که شفافیت و پاسخگویی، قانون مداری، مسئولیت پذیری، ارتقای ارزش‌ها، موازین اخلاقی و فرهنگی، نظارت و کنترل، اثر بخشی سازمانی و مبارزه با فساد بترتیب 69 درصد، 63 درصد، 63 درصد، 67 درصد، 58 درصد، 67 درصد، 59 درصد و 67 درصد از واریانس حکمرانی را توانستند پیش‌بینی نمایند. این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شفافیت و پاسخگویی، قانون مداری، مسئولیت پذیری، ارتقای ارزش‌ها، موازین اخلاقی و فرهنگی، نظارت و کنترل، اثر بخشی سازمانی و مبارزه با فساد همگی روی حکمرانی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران تأثیر قابل توجهی دارند. https://asm.pgu.ac.ir/article_706412_43de98fc9320b39d9dd3d1fb0d0436f7.pdf
